When you pop the Hood And see a NISMO intake you know your looking at someone who loves their GTR. The diameter & length of the intake And the shape of the collector's cross section were Redesigned To improve Air distribution To each Tube as well as equalizing the Air Flow. This increased torque in the mid-speed range And equlaized Air Temperature on both Sides of the turbine. This optimized the Air-Fuel ratio And Ignition timing, increased output And improved Fuel consumption. Intake Temperature at the turbo charger improved by 18% between 2,400 To 7,600 rpm. Power output increased by 1.8% between 4,800 To 7,600 rpm. Fuel economy improved by 0.4%.
